so when filling out the profile, I was wondering if there could be more detail, like are we single, in a relationship, religion...ect.

I like the idea of the single, or in a relationship, and even a sexual preference. That way keep the pervs from asking.
but it would also be nice to add more pics to the profiles like our own album or something... kinda sharing pics with friends thing.

That's all on the "to-do" list. We are planning on adding a bunch more social features as well such as groups, interests, etc. And some features like video, slideshows for your profile page, better/different ways to browse and filter content and a bunch more stuff like that.
All of this and more will be added to ratemyeverything within 6 months excepting perhaps the video feature. On that one we are just waiting for "silverlight streaming" to come out of BETA so we can use it on our site. We've been waiting on that for about 9 months already, but it's still in BETA unfortunately.
