Twist the top of the burner cap (with the flame off!) to tweak the available air intake on this cool stove to alter the oxygen-to-fuel ratio to ensure a hot blue flame. The other cool thing about this stove...it burns any liquid fuel type; biodiesel to butane without any extra parts.
