These guys look like rescue workers.

A few questions immediately pop into my head about this picture, though:

Why are they riding on the edge like that in the first place?

Why are they on bicycles instead of foot?

Who thought it would be safe to ride a bike on that ledge?

Why is there a photographer standing in their way?
