Ever get annoyed that you need Outlook open pretty much all the time for email and calendar purposes, but it sits there in your task bar taking up space?

Well then this quick little "howto" is for you.

All you have to do to minimize outlook to the system tray, rather than having it in the task bar is to open outlook, then right-click on the outlook icon in the system tray, then select "Hide When Minimized" from the little menu that comes up.

That it. Now whenever you minimize outlook it will minimize to the system tray, rather than to your task bar. To open outlook just double click on the little icon.
