A Saigon Cafe, located at 1792 Main St, Wailuku, HI 96793 is one of the harder restaurants to find (that I've been to). They don't have a sign for the business (sort of a long running joke) and they don't need a sign to stay busy.

Offering authentic Vietnamese food, they stay very busy and it's suggested that you get there early for dinner and lunch if you don't want to wait for a table.

The food came out quick and was more flavorful than I was expecting. We ordered an appetizer and four entrees and every single one of them was amazing.

The price is very reasonable for the quality of food that you are getting, the service and the atmosphere.

If you are ever in Maui, look it up. You won't be disappointed.
