Bug: A Movie Review


Bug pretty much bugged me from the beginning of the movie. It started okay. The plot seemed like it was going to be good, the setting was great and the acting actually wasn't too bad. That lasted for about an hour and then you started to see things unfold towards a crappy ending. Somehow, Ashley Judds character, Agnes (at some points in the movie it sounds like the main male character is calling her Anus which I found fairly amusing), just becomes absolutely insane. No rhyme or reason other than the male character, Peter, is coming out of his insane cocoon as well. From here on out, you start thinking of all of these cool endings that the movie could have. "Maybe it's all in her head and she's just imagining it" "Maybe the army really is after him."

No. None of that happens. In fact nothing at all happens. The movie just ends. One and a half hours of your life gone. So, you're welcome. After reading this for 10 minutes, I've just saved you 80 minutes of your life. Go take a walk in the park, read your favorite book or surf the Internet some more. I don't care. Just don't watch this movie!
